Trading Art for Writing?

So, I decided my DA presence has become really stagnant lately.  Sure, I can post poetry and stuff, but I want to get involved more with people and their art. At the urging of my friend ~Jaytham-Firestar (https://www.deviantart.com/jaytham-firestar), I decided that I'd start art trading with people.  The only problem is that I can't draw, paint, scribble, or sketch to save my life.  My real talent, as you can see from looking at my gallery, is writing.  So that's what I'm here for. Where's the DEVIATIONS?!

I just realized how very little I've actually uploaded to DA.  Maybe that's because it makes it so hard for me to convert MS Word documents to the site without messing up all the pretty paragraphs of my poetry and such.  :P  So I definitely need to try harder on that.  Hopefully more actual stuff will be here soon. Meanwhile, I am totally taking advantage of the summer to READ.  It helps when you have vacations that require plane travel...when there is nothing else to do BUT read.  :D Hope everyone else is having as good a summer as I am! ~Booksong
